PHOTO MANIPULATION AND ETHICS

Photojournalists should not digitally alter an image for it distorts the facts and reality of what actually happened that day. Yes there is some little editing techniques that are not unethical, like brightening up the image or cleaning it up and balancing it. Photojournalists are still journalists and when they change the image so drastically as to add another missile to the image like in the Iran missile firing image they are changing the facts and feeding the public lies which is totally unethical and unacceptable.

 I feel like this is the most unethical because it is a total made up story a story which never happened!!!

I feel like this photo is the least unethical because all that was done was they brightened up the image and took out one of the posts in the back. Yes you should never really alter your photo but its not like a major change to the subject or the news.
